A park model cottage offers approximately 400 sq ft of heated and cooled living space. RVIA-certified, it blends the charm of tiny-home living with modern, stylish finishes designed for seasonal, resort-style use.
DO I OWN THE COTTAGE AND THE LAND?
You own your cottage. The homesite is part of the private community, and you pay a monthly membership fee for its exclusive use and included services.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY COTTAGE?
After selecting your model and finishes, delivery is typically 3–4 months. We also offer quick move-in cottages that can be delivered in under a month, subject to availability.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY COTTAGE?
Yes. Choose your preferred layout, finishes, color palettes, and optional upgrades to create a cottage that reflects your style.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Yes — Serenity Ridge is proudly pet-friendly and includes a dedicated dog park where your four-legged companions can play and socialize.

Serenity Ridge is designed as a peaceful, resort-style mountain retreat. Owners enjoy:

CAN I LIVE AT SERENITY RIDGE FULL-TIME?
Serenity Ridge is intentionally designed as a vacation and second-home community — a place to retreat, recharge, and reconnect. Full-time residency is not permitted. Ownership allows nearly 7 months of use per year, and you may choose any season to visit.
Most second-home owners use their properties fewer than five months annually. At Serenity Ridge, you could enjoy a four-day weekend every single week of the year and still have days remaining. This limited-stay policy helps preserve the peaceful, resort-style atmosphere that makes Serenity Ridge a true escape from everyday life.
