Take time to review pricing, community guidelines, and our agreements. Explore financing options with our team.

Reserve & Customize Your Home:

Return to finalize your selections and submit a deposit to secure your homesite and cottage. If building new, confirm your layout and selections before your cottage is placed on order.

Build & Closing:

Your cottage is completed and delivered. Closing follows with a key handoff. Your cottage is now yours to relax, recharge, and enjoy.

Any reference to the term “mountain cottages” refers to a recreational vehicle as defined by the Recreational Vehicle Industry Association (RVIA). Specifically, a “mountain cottage” is a type of recreational vehicle designed for temporary living quarters for recreational, camping, or seasonal use. It is built on a single chassis, mounted on wheels, and meets the ANSI A119.5 standard. Mountain Cottages are not intended for permanent residency.

This property is zoned as a campground pursuant to § 164 of the Town of Warwick Zoning Code, and all use must comply with applicable zoning laws.
